Vendor Application

Dates and Hours:

  • January 22 – 15, 2020. Varied locations and times.

Vendor Fees:

  • 10% of net sales. Net sales are defined as gross sales less sales tax. A $100 deposit is due at the time of the signing of the contract and will be applied to your final invoice.


  • A completed vendor application is required to be considered to be an official vendor. Once your application is received it will be reviewed and we will contact you with additional information. Please note that submitting your application does NOT guarantee you will be accepted.

All vendors are required to provide insurance with the following VENDOR must be covered by general liability insurance against claims for bodily injury, death and property damage occurring on or about the event premises in the amount of $1,000,000. If the VENDOR is supplying/serving alcohol at the event, the VENDOR must also supply a certificate of insurance showing proof of $1,000,000 liquor liability coverage which does not exclude off-premises events. The FMCVB must receive a copy of the certificate(s) of insurance with the Fargo-Moorhead Convention and Visitors Bureau, Fargo Park District, City of Moorhead, and the West Fargo Park District,  listed as an Additional Insured for general liability as well as for liquor liability if the vendor is supplying/serving alcoholic beverages at the event.

Please list all your item(s) in detail. Items not listed will not be allowed to be sold without permission. Only items on the approved items will be allowed for sale at the event.

Please list at least three (3) references (i.e. Fairs, festivals, etc.)
